We want to ensure that the experience with our platforms and services is always top-notch. That's why we conducted a customer satisfaction analysis to gather feedback and learn first-hand about the customer experience. We use three metrics - Customer Satisfaction Score, Net Promoter Score and Customer Efficiency Score - to ensure comparability for the future.

Reporting-Perspektiven 2023 (in German) Scientific analysis, conducted annually since 2016

The digital annual reports of each of the 50 largest listed companies in Germany and Switzerland are being examined by a team from the Center for Research in Financial Communication (CRiFC) at the University of Leipzig and expert companies. Their aim is to analyze changes in reporting and develop recommendations for contemporary reporting.
