The 2024 Annual Report and the accompanying Sustainability Statement were created using the reporting platform ns.publish by mms solutions, in collaboration with Sparks, a certified mms partner that provides NFON with comprehensive support both on the agency and technical side.

The focus was on delivering high content and design quality, along with the efficient creation of PDF reports that align with NFON’s corporate design guidelines while remaining consistent and well-structured.

In addition to financial reporting, ESG topics are becoming increasingly important. NFON highlights this priority not only through its annual Sustainability Statement but also by prominently featuring ESG in the main menu of its corporate website. The ns.publish platform already provides the structural foundation to efficiently and securely meet the requirements of the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) – right through to the machine-readable XBRL format.

What did you focus on most when implementing your reports?

“A professional appearance and efficient creation process are essential for us. At the same time, we didn’t want to compromise on design quality – the reports need to impress both on screen and in print, and clearly convey the key messages.”
