Here it is again, the new study on the development of digital reporting, based on a detailed analysis of the 50 largest listed Swiss and German companies (financial years 2014 – 2018, in German only).
In summary, the PDF remains the foundation of reporting. 100% of the companies in the survey continue to offer a PDF report with high standards in terms of content and design. While the range of printed reports continues to decline, there is, however, no clear trend towards online reports. The number is stagnating at around 55%. But: When an online report is offered, companies continuously improve the digital functionalities.
