Where is my data stored?

Your data is processed and stored exclusively in Swiss data centres. The backup infrastructure is housed in a separate facility.

Which certifications and audits are in place?

Our systems and processes undergo regular external audits and penetration testing. We are ISO 27001‑certified and have been audited under SOC 1/SOC 2 according to ISAE 3402 for many years.

How is access to my data managed?

Access is granted via two‑factor authentication and role‑based permissions. All access activity is logged in a full audit trail.

What is the platform’s availability?

We guarantee 99% annual availability as defined in the SLA. The helpdesk is available on weekdays with a maximum response time of 30 minutes and an intervention time of 2 hours.

Are customer audits possible?

Yes. Customer audits can be conducted upon request. Regular external audits and penetration tests are also carried out.

How are backups and restores handled?

Backups are performed daily, with the latest 14 backups available for restore. The backup infrastructure is physically separated.

What does “internationally certified machine readability” mean?

Our platforms are registered with XBRL International and meet all ESEF requirements for financial reporting as well as ESG taxonomies (ESRS, ISSB, GRI, VSME).

What advantages does XBRL offer for my reporting?

XBRL enables standardised, machine‑readable reporting — increasing transparency, reducing errors and simplifying regulatory reviews. Structured data also ensures optimal readability for AI systems.
