The success story of Avolta AG could hardly be more exciting. For years, the company has stood for duty-free experiences at airports around the world under the company name Dufry.
The merger with Italy's Autogrill last year expands the airport retail business to include Travel Food & Beverage. The two industry giants are pooling their expertise and complementing each other in order to realize their Destination 2027 strategy, which aims to revolutionize the travel experience. As part of the merger, the shareholders almost unanimously approved a name change to Avolta in November 2023. The associated relaunch of Avolta and its new visual identity characterize both the new external appearance and the further development of the special reporting culture of Avolta AG.
The creative concept of the online version presents the transformation story of Avolta AG in the truest sense of the word in a moving way: In addition to the classic menu navigation, the individual reporting contents are teased on the homepage with strikingly designed modules. The color-accentuated modules run from right to left in front of the viewer's eyes - and encourage the user to click on the relevant content. Project manager Roberto Giudice is delighted with the successful result: “We have expanded the design and interactive possibilities of ns.wow in line with the customer's wishes. The result is an online report that not only focuses on the story and key figures quickly and specifically, but is also fun to read.”
The current print version “made by ns.publish” is once again a haptic experience in book form. In addition to the online version, the 2023 report is a clear statement of the strong combination of traditional values and dynamic innovation with which Avolta is shaping the future sustainably. “ns.publish and ns.wow complement each other perfectly as platforms and, especially when they work together, show that two can win! In addition, Avolta is already in a position to meet future ESG requirements in Switzerland and Europe.
